Goal
We’re pioneering a scalable housing solution for underserved communities Across all 50
States in the USA. Our mobile units are designed to be modular, eco-friendly, and community-built—laying the foundation for long-term impact and growth.
The Mobile Housing Pilot Project is a scalable initiative designed to provide affordable, eco-friendly mobile housing units tailored to local community needs. It also promotes job creation and community engagement.
Eligibility varies by location and phase, but generally includes individuals and families facing housing insecurity, especially those impacted by displacement, economic hardship, or disaster recovery.
Our initial focus is on states with high demand and supportive infrastructure—including Ohio, Arizona, and Georgia—with plans to expand nationwide based on community readiness and partnerships.
We conduct in-depth assessments based on local need, infrastructure support, and community interest. We also partner with local organizations and municipalities during the selection process.
Each unit is designed for flexibility. They can serve as either transitional or long-term housing depending on the recipient’s situation and community zoning policies.
Our mobile homes are energy-efficient, climate-resilient, and equipped with essential amenities including plumbing, electricity, and sustainable materials that promote comfortable living.
The pilot is supported through a mix of public-private partnerships, grants, and donations. We work with federal institutions, philanthropic partners, and local contributors to ensure sustainability.
Yes! We actively seek local involvement to boost economic impact. If you're a contractor, vendor, or service provider, we welcome your interest through our partnership inquiry form.
You can apply through our member portal when applications open in your area. To recommend someone or express interest, please contact us via the website or email us directly.
Following evaluation and community feedback, we’ll begin broader deployment in additional regions. This includes scaling production, onboarding new partners, and expanding member participation.
